The Company currently employs over 50 staff with extensive local knowledge, relationships and experience. In addition, we have strong relationships with expert and dependable contractors in key areas.

HPPS, through its relationship with Hanlon Plumbing Ltd. (an Auckland based Company with over 150 staff owned by HPPS Director, Simon Hanlon), can offer its clients amongst other things the benefit of significant buying power, and an additional labour contingency pool as required.


Contracts are priced through a highly developed industry specific tendering system with pricing templates that cover all material and labour costs which are constantly updated when prices are increased. Cash flow and business performance are continually monitored using advanced internal systems.  As per industry standard our terms of trade are 30 days.

Management and Personnel

Hanlon Plumbing and Pipe Services Ltd. is overseen by two active Directors – Simon Hanlon and John Tainui.

Simon Hanlon, Registered Plumber, Gasfitter and Craftsman Plumber – Simon has been in the industry for 18 years and brings with him extensive technical knowledge. The success of Hanlon Plumbing Ltd. in the competitive Auckland commercial market is a testament to his relationship management and business expertise.

John Tainui, BA / Cert Project Management – heading up Christchurch operations, John has a successful project management background having spent over 10 years managing building services on large commercial projects in the South Island.
